Pattie: Worked at the Sawtell RSL Club for 27 years and during that time performed a number of roles including reception, function organiser and entertainment promotional work. Also has bar experience and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Steve: During this same period was employed full-time in the editorial department of the Coffs Coast Advocate newspaper as a journalist, sub-editor and relieving editor.
Hands-on: We both worked in Sydney and overseas before settling in Coffs Harbour with our young family in 1979.We took a 12-month 'break' in 2007 before opting for a lifestyle change and now we're working as 'hands-on' motel relief managers.
We do not have any pets etc to worry about so we are available at short notice.
Neither of us has any criminal conviction and we consider ourselves extremely honest and reliable.
